Competition & Performance

Purpose of competition is to increase practical ability and student self confidence and as one of measuring instrument success of training. Competition performed to be internal of mosque, between mosques or attends public competition.

Competition & Performance, which we implemented :

  1. Muharam Performance, 1427 H in ISEC and BEC (internal of mosque)
  2. Ramadhan Competition 1427 H in ISEC and BEC (internal of mosque and between mosques)
  3. Quicky Macky Quiz Competition, carried out by Nurul Fikri English Course in Masjid Istiqlal (public competition)

Things related to preparation of competition arranged by a management team.

Teachers Training

Purpose of training is to increase quality of teaching matter, curriculum and as control to course activity.

Training which has and we would continuously implement :

a. Induction Training

Training fornew teachers to know history of Aqila English Centre, simulation of course activity

b. First Meeting

First briefing before term is started, this thing is good for teachers to know formation of curriculum which will be applied in class

c. Monthly teacher’s Training

Meeting of monthly routine or two monthlies to get inwrought training between Islam values submitted by “Ustadz-Ustadz” and training of English language matter and education psychology. Besides, this training is conversion experience of teaching and problem solving.

English Debate Society

Purpose of this program is to increase practical ability talked in special logical level for students General English level ( Senior High School students). Guided by experienced trainer, expected the participants english debate earns to fluent and sharpens ability to speak it.

Regeneration

Purpose of regeneration is to prepare new teachers period of coming from local mosque/livings around mosque and another. One of pre-eminent program of regeneration is “Program Kakak Asuh” where senior students is given responsibility to give observation and tutorial to guide on class teacher. The purpose was to give experience as teacher early.

Bulletin For Student

Bulletin in planning will release by the end of the year 2007 using English language. Destined for student in addition knowledge and deep-studying. Besides bulletin also as expression media and student masterpiece.

Fund Raising and Public Relation

This Progamme as socialization to public especially student and donor candidate. This program implementing with making website, friendster and blogspot, proposal, visit and presentation, leaflet, mouth-to-mouth promotion.
